How long will it take for my magazine to arrive?
Magazines sent within the U.S. typically take two weeks to arrive, except there could be delays due to the pandemic. International orders could take longer and delivery time varies per courier.
What is the shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, depending on your choice of courier.
For international orders, please note that items shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes, and/or charges which might not be included in the total cost of the order, nor will they be covered or reimbursed. Please check with your country’s customs office if you have any questions.
Memberships
Do memberships auto-renew?
All purchases on this website is a one-time transaction. We do not auto-renew your membership without your consent. You will receive an email before your 1-year membership expires. Our team will discuss your experience with us and proceed with your membership renewal.
When does a user submit an experience? And why does the team discuss the user’s experience?
When you apply for a membership a Des Femmes community leader will followup via email to onboard you into the community. Upgrading can take place during the on-boarding process if needed. Otherwise all membership purchases are one-time events that can't be upgraded or downgraded after the purchase.
Prospective contributors who aren't already members can contact our team via
hello@desfemmesmagazine.com. Members can become contributors during the on-boarding process or afterwards, by using specific Slack groups or by emailing the leadership team.
How do I upgrade or renew my membership?

Bulk Purchases and Contributions
How can I make bulk purchases for my company?
